Our services are directed at student-athletes, some of whom are minors. This site is not intended for children under 13 to use independently, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without parental involvement. If the athlete named in a submission is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must submit the form or provide consent for the athlete before we proceed with any conversation or engagement. If we learn that a minor has submitted information without appropriate parental or guardian consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
